Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jillian Kate. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipment methods: We primarily use USPS Priority or UPS Ground for all packages, but this can vary on occasion.
Shipment cost: $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders. This fee is waived for single orders totaling at least $75.
Estimated delivery time: Typically 3-5 business days from ship date. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Expedited Shipping: If you would like to receive your product sooner (including overnight or weekend delivery), please email us at sales@shopjilliankate.com to see if we can accommodate your request. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Jillian Kate only ships to physical addresses within the U.S. (no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Damages or Loss
Jillian Kate is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Our Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed.
